7.2 We use services provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google acts as a subcontractor and data processor, inter alia for hosting Our services. More specifically, We use data centres in the US for storage and processing of all data. 7.3 Data security is very important to Us. We take suitable measures and use multiple levels of security to protect data collected through Our Sites. For example, all data submitted on kanban-chi.appspot.com is stored within single application database which is encrypted at rest. Your information resides on physically and electronically secured servers. All the outgoing traffic from kanban-chi.appspot.com is encrypted to increase the security and privacy of information travelling to, from and within kanban-chi.appspot.com. Our staffs are experienced with leading security practices for development, as they are subject to personnel security screening and security education for their role. Periodic automated and manual vulnerability assessments are conducted when major changes occur with the application to identify vulnerabilities and ensure on a regular basis that the cyber controls are working. While We cannot guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of your data will not occur, We work hard to reduce the risk of such occurrences by storing the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public.

Certain user data will be connected with your person (e.g. after filling in a contact form) and stored in Hubspot. 8.5 On Our Sites, We use Freshdesk, a help desk software of Freshworks Inc., 1250 Bayhill Drive, Suite 315, San Bruno, CA 94066, United States. This third-party service supports Us in handling emails, support tickets and requests from Our users. 8.6 On Our Sites, We use Calendly, a software of Calendly, LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, US. 8.7 We may compile statistics about the use of Our Sites including data on traffic, usage patterns, user numbers, sales, and other information. All such data will be anonymised and will not include any personally identifying data, or any anonymised data that can be combined with other data and used to identify you. We may from time to time share such data with third parties such as prospective investors, affiliates, partners, and advertisers. Data will only be shared and used within the bounds of the law.
