If you want to share your calendar with a group, you can choose to share it with a Google group as well. This is especially helpful for teams or organizations. Simply enter the group’s email address in the sharing settings.

On the mobile app, the process is similar but slightly different. Open the Google Calendar app, tap on the hamburger menu in the top-left corner, and select Settings. Find the calendar you wish to share, then tap Sharing. You’ll be able to add email addresses and adjust access permissions from here as well.

Once you've shared your calendar, those with access will receive an email invitation to view or edit it. They can then add the calendar to their own Google Calendar.

Sharing a Google Calendar keeps everyone on the same page, making scheduling easier and more efficient.
