Over the last three years, our small team has been growing Kanbanchi through our own efforts, with no external investment involved. Out of an unnoticeable kanban tool, Kanbanchi has transformed into a full-fledged powerful software and started to create real value for more than 5000 businesses worldwide. You enjoy the beautiful interface, the ever-growing number of valuable features, and deeper integration with Google. You rely on high-quality support, extensive knowledge base and video tutorials that make your experience with Kanbanchi a breeze.
Our team works on the product with unquenchable dedication. We want Kanbanchi to become the leading project management & collaboration tool, retaining an excellent user experience you are so familiar with.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to do this with the current freemium model. Introducing a small monthly charge for using Kanbanchi for business will enable our team to strengthen and speed up our development and build more features that matter to you.
What will happen next?
March 2, 2018 – Free trial will be activated for all users without a subscription. Check out all capabilities of Kanbanchi and decide whether you’d like to stay aboard with us!
April 2, 2018 – Free tier for businesses will be discontinued, and Kanbanchi will remain free only for educational use.
How does this affect me?
It’s important for us to ensure smooth uninterrupted transition for all users:
- If you’re already using Kanbanchi under individual paid subscription or full enterprise license, please, double-check that you have access to paid features. The transition period may be a bit turbulent, so if you notice anything abnormal about the previously purchased subscriptions, don’t hesitate to contact Support right away.
- If you’re currently using Kanbanchi for free under your business email, associated with your company or organization (for example, janedoe@companyname.com) or your personal email, you’ll need to buy a subscription to continue using Kanbanchi. Make sure to check out the pricing and choose the plan that suits you best. If you don’t have authority for making software purchasing decisions, we are ready to assist you in the transfer – simply connect us to the person, responsible for buying software in your organization.
- If you belong to the education sector, yet your domain name is not ending in .edu, please contact Support and claim that you belong to education sector to keep using Kanbanchi for free or subscribe to a paid plan with 50% discount.
